This session will feature Revs' ARC Director Arthur Carlson sharing features about the ARC, the treasures it contains, along with how our dedicated team of archivists, researchers, curators, and technicians preserve that for future generations. Attendees will learn about our work with not only other automotive heritage organizations but a diverse set of academic partners to provide world-class research and learning experiences in our effort to become the most useful resources to the historic and meaningful car community.
After examining global luxury trends and the changing collector car marketplace, we turn to the larger question: Has the Golden Age of automobile collecting come and gone, or is it simply changing? Leading collectors and industry voices consider shifting tastes, values, demographics, and definitions of significance, and what they may tell us about the next era of collecting.
