This session will feature Revs' ARC Director Arthur Carlson sharing features about the ARC, the treasures it contains, along with how our dedicated team of archivists, researchers, curators, and technicians preserve that for future generations. Attendees will learn about our work with not only other automotive heritage organizations but a diverse set of academic partners to provide world-class research and learning experiences in our effort to become the most useful resources to the historic and meaningful car community.
Enjoy a backstage tour of the ARC to see some of the many ways it is custom engineered to protect the wealth of materials which document the automotive history and heritage. The ARC team will be on hand to showcase some of the collection highlights and answer any questions you may have about the collections, facility, or the many ways we support the research needs of the historic and meaningful car community. Coffee and light refreshments will also be available.
This session will highlight the growing strategic partnership between Revs and Iron Mountain. As the global leader in preservation and data management, Iron Mountain has been critical in accelerating the activation of the ARC via logistical support, as a preservation partner, and a critical element in our work with new media and emerging technologies. TBD from Iron Mountain will showcase this critical work and how the meaningful car community will have opportunities to engage and explore the comprehensive collection of automotive knowledge within the ARC via transformative database interfaces.
After examining global luxury trends and the changing collector car marketplace, we turn to the larger question: Has the Golden Age of automobile collecting come and gone, or is it simply changing? Leading collectors and industry voices consider shifting tastes, values, demographics, and definitions of significance, and what they may tell us about the next era of collecting.
Get hands-on with one of the foundational skills behind automobile restoration and preservation. Working alongside the RevsEd team, participants will explore the fundamentals of shaping and working metal while gaining a greater appreciation for the craftsmanship required to preserve historic automobiles.
Explore how modern digital tools are changing the way automobiles and their components are designed, studied, recreated, and preserved. Through a hands-on introduction to CAD, participants will experience how traditional automotive craftsmanship and twenty-first-century technology increasingly intersect.

As Route 66 celebrates its centennial and Cars marks its 20th anniversary, Ward shares how history, place, automobiles, and the people encountered along the Mother Road helped shape a film that introduced a generation to the personality and romance of the automobile.
